DSW Exit Survey

The SWEAP DSW Exit Survey was designed to assist social work programs in evaluating how well they support student preparedness for the profession. The instrument is completed by students just prior to graduation.  The SWEAP DSW Exit Survey collects student evaluation of the explicit and implicit curriculum, including ADEI efforts, and is based on the CSWE Practice Doctorate Accreditation Standards, 2025.
